TMA ("we", "us", "our") provides anime and manga tracking features. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account and profile data: AniList account information you authorize us to access (for example username, avatar, list and activity data exposed by AniList APIs).
- App usage and diagnostics: analytics events for feature usage and performance, plus crash and error diagnostics.
- Subscription and entitlement data: subscription status and entitlement metadata required to unlock paid features.
- Optional preferences and local state: in-app preferences and progression/streak state used by TMA features.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide core app functionality (tracking, insights, badges, progression).
- Sync and display your authorized AniList data.
- Process and validate subscription access.
- Improve reliability, performance, and product quality.
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues.
3. Services and Processors
TMA may use third-party services to operate the app, including:
- AniList (authorized account and list data)
- RevenueCat (subscription infrastructure)
- Supabase (backend functions and storage)
- Firebase (analytics and crash reporting)
- Google AdMob (advertising — may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads)
These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Notifications
TMA supports optional notifications (for example streak reminders and app alerts). You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
5. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for app operation, support, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may vary by data type and provider.
6. Your Choices
- Revoke AniList authorization by logging out. Note that logout does not delete server-side progression data (badges, streaks, unlock history) stored on TMA servers.
- Disable app notifications in iOS Settings.
- Request subscription restoration via app controls.
- Request deletion of your personal data by contacting lb.kimwin@gmail.com.
7. Children
TMA is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. International Processing
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on provider infrastructure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
